1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MacDock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MacDock allows you to launch and control applications on your Mac from your iPhone over a local network. The App consists of an iOS app and a macOS companion agent.

3. Requirements

• An Apple ID with Sign in with Apple
• An iPhone running iOS 17 or later
• A Mac running macOS 14 or later with the MacDock macOS agent installed
• Both devices connected to the same local network

4. User Accounts

MacDock uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You must not use the App to gain unauthorized access to any computer.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MacDock only on devices you own or are authorized to control. You must not:

• Use the App to access computers without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

MacDock and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
